Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
INDIAM™ strives to give you a completely hassle-free shopping experience each and every time! We assure you that all products sold on INDIAM™ The Scent Shop website: www.indiamscent.com are brand new and 100% genuine. In case a product received by you is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as described, our Returns & Cancellations policies have got you covered.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a request number from our customer service at indiamscent@gmail.com
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any of our items unless they were received as ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as described. In such circumstances, we require the following information to process your return:

Packing slip:
Original Order Confirmation Receipt:
A Duly Printed Returns Form (can be obtained from our customer service)
Your reason for return (along with photo/video showing damage/defect)
Please note that if the above information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.
In case an item is undelivered, unclaimed or returned due to customer issues; shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier.

Cancellation: You can cancel your order if the product has not been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
A delivered order can be only cancelled in case of Defects/Damage/Non-Functionality.

Refunds: All refunds (requested by customer/ auto cancellations) will be credited back to the payment source/ voucher code within 96 hours from the date of refund initiation.
Product Return Policy and Cooling Off Period for doTERRA products only
Returns on Products Within 30 Days.
1. dōTERRA will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price of Currently Marketable products that are returned by a Wellness Advocate within thirty (30) days of purchase from the Company, less shipping costs.
2. dōTERRA will provide a Product Credit of one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price or a refund of ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price on products not Currently Marketable that are returned by a Wellness Advocate within (30) days of purchase, less shipping costs
